50 points per banner your tribe gets displayed with a 2 banner per year MAX (NOT 50 points per banner per month, but a one time 50 points per banner with a 2 banner MAX ). Points may be split with another tribe.

"Local" is defined as an elementary school or park in the city at least 3 members of your tribe live in or a direct bordering city.
